“Confusing experience. Really wonderful people in the class, but the class itself doesn’t teach a lot. The recipes are “on Instagram” for if you want to use them later. Each person doesn’t get to do much in terms of making the food. It’s a long bus ride to get to the place from most locations and the bus does not operate frequently, so we ended up leaving the class and having to wait two hours for the bus. In most cooking classes, I walk away feeling like I could make the item myself. That was not the case here, but I did feel like I had a fun homemade meal…”

“The guide and the chef were very nice and friendly people. They talked about the origins of Pizza Margherita and how to make an authentic Neapolitan Pizza. The pizzamaking itself was fabulous and it was nice the group was small (only four of us). Maybe the fried pizza at the end of the meal was a bit too much since we already had a good meal. A small piece of dessert instead (tiramisu or ice cream) would have been nicer, we think. However, the limoncello afterwards was super. All in all we were very pleased with everything and can strongly recommend this activity. It was worth every penny.Read more”

“Fabulous. Wonderful. Excellent. We were met in the alley by, Michael, Fernando’s assistant. It was something out of the children’s movie, Ratatouille as he was driving his moped he stopped us and said, “you here for cooking class, follow me” as he sped away. The class was great, the gentlemen were both entertaining and educating. It is hands on as everyone has a part in making what became lunch. The food was delicious and they kept the wine flowing. They really involved our kids ages 12 and 15. Excellent views from the little farm looking over the hillsides and even a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. An excellent day!Read more”
